Biography

Hi, I’m Ms. Emery! I have been an educator for 6 years. Most of my experience has been in Special Education, but I did get to teach Kindergarten for 1 year and it was SO MUCH FUN. I am grateful and so excited to continue my education as I pursue my Master's degree in Special Education. I love being a part of the GreenWood family. I appreciate our health values and focus on a holistic education. I believe that every student should be held to high expectations and with that opportunity, they will reach their full potential. I'm so excited to start this year, I love working with the littles and watching them learn and grow!

I am married to the most wonderful husband and we have a golden-doodle named Poppy and 8 chickens. In my spare time I love doing projects, hiking, camping, cooking, all things outdoors, and spending time with my family.
